Transfer calls to another employee or another phone number.

1. Login to online account
2. Click Settings
3. Click the View / Edit option following Call Transfer
4. Click On to Enable / Click Off to Disable
(OPTIONAL) Click On to Enable / Click Off to Disable:
• Diversion Inhibitor for Blind Transfers
• Diversion Inhibitor for Consultative Calls
• Busy Camp On service and set number of seconds (30 to 600)
5. Click Save

1. Press Transfer
2. Enter the appropriate transfer number
3. Press Transfer again
